Esther Kalunge

Esther Kalunge is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across project management, customer care, and agile coaching. As the Founder and Content Manager of KuLKids since February 2019, Esther has been dedicated to promoting diversity in children's toys and literature. Prior to this, Esther served as Global Program Manager at AMPLEXOR International, leading change initiatives and enhancing customer centricity from May 2017 to April 2022. Esther’s expertise also includes roles at Neofonie GmbH as an Agile Coach, and extensive experience in service and project management in various capacities at AMPLEXOR and Wegweiser Media & Conferences. Esther holds a Master of Arts in National and Transnational Studies from the University of Münster and has furthered skills in agile project management and design thinking.
