Francisco Pavan

Francisco Pavan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and finance sectors. Currently serving as Director of Naked Juice at Tropicana Brands Group since March 2023, Francisco has previously held positions including Sr. Manager within the same brand and Sr. Manager for Breakthrough Innovation. As Co-Founder and CEO of Kumana, Inc. since January 2016, Francisco has led the development of the country's first avocado-based sauce line, making a significant mark in the specialty food market. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Enveta, a supplier for Toyota, and financial analyst positions at Goldman Sachs and Citi. Francisco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
