Edurne Ibarrola Ulzurrun

Edurne Ibarrola Ulzurrun has had a varied and impressive work experience. In 2011, they were an Environmental Technician at Gestión Ambiental de Navarra (GAN-NIK). In 2012, they were a Laboratory Technician at the University of Tromsø - The Arctic University of Norway, and also a Laboratory Technician at IMR. In 2013, they were a Master Student at the University of Zurich. In 2015, they were a Researcher at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and ULPGC y UPM. In 2018, they were a PhD candidate at the Universidad Pública de Navarra. In 2017, they were a PhD candidate at GIPSA-lab. Since 2019, they have been a Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) and an Environmental Coordinator - R&D at Kunak Technologies SL, and a Researcher at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Edurne Ibarrola Ulzurrun has a comprehensive education history. From 2006 to 2011, they attended the University of Navarra, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. In 2010 and 2011, they attended UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, where they earned a Diploma in Biología Marina and a Course in Aquatic Animal Welfare, respectively. In 2012, they attended UiT- The Arctic University of Norway again, where they earned a Master's degree in Biology. Northern Populations and Certificates in Safety in the laboratory, and on sea and land expeditions, and First Aid Course. Edurne also attended Universidad de Verano de Teruel in 2012, where they earned a Course in Remote Sensing and Environment. In 2014, they attended Club de Marketing Navarra, where they earned ISO 14001 and Environmental Risk. In 2016, they attended Spanish IGN (Instituto Geográfico Nacional), where they earned a Remote Sensing, Photogrammetry, LiDAR and Land Occupation Course. In 2019, they attended Universidad Pública de Navarra, where they earned a QGIS course. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Gobierno de Navarra, including Módulo de Riesgos Ambientales. Certificado de Profesionalidad de Gestión Ambiental and Módulo de Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental e Integración de Sistemas. Certificado de Profesionalidad de Gestión Ambiental, both obtained in 2014, as well as Teledetección y Medio Ambiente, obtained in 2012.
