Irmak Kapusız has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2022, they worked as a "Werkstudent Content Quality & Support" at kununu. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at FiNUM.Private Finance AG Österreich. In 2016, they were a Kindergarten Teacher Assistant at INTERNATIONALES FAMILIENZENTRUM E.V., and in 2015, they worked as a Volleyball Coach at Bakırköy Spor Kulübü.

Irmak Kapusız completed their high school education at St. Georg Avusturya Lisesi ve Ticaret Okulu (Österreichisches St. Georgs-Kolleg) from 2014 to 2019, obtaining a High School Diploma.

Irmak then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Vienna from 2019 to 2022. During their time at the university, in January 2020, they obtained a certification in the Buddy Projekt am Institut für Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaft (Buddy Project at the Institute for Journalism and Communication Science).

Continuing their education, Irmak Kapusız is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at the University of Vienna since 2020. In December 2021, they obtained a certification as a Student Advisor at the Institut für Psychologie (Institute of Psychology) from the Universität Wien.
