Olga Mironova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of the Mass Staff Selection Group at KupiVip.ru. In this role, Olga oversees the recruitment activities of 5 specialists dispersed across different locations, manages recruitment plans and timelines, fulfills staffing needs for new departments, independently closes vacancies, and plans and implements budget for recruitment advertising campaigns. Prior to this, Olga worked as a Senior HR Manager at BNS Group of Companies, where Olga was responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting candidate selection up to the director level and ensuring timely reporting in accordance with company procedures.
