Hideto Sugimoto

Hideto Sugimoto has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry, primarily with Kura Sushi USA and Kura Sushi Japan. Starting in 2004, Sugimoto held various positions at Kura Sushi Japan, including General Manager and Regional Manager. In 2011, Sugimoto joined Kura Sushi USA and has since held roles such as Regional Manager, Senior OP Manager, and Business Administration Senior Manager. Most recently, Sugimoto has been serving as the Director and VP of System and Menu Development at Kura Sushi USA.
