Matt Heindel

Matt Heindel has spent over 35 years in the medical industry, with an emphasis on commercializing technologies. Most recently, he was VP, Business Development at Ivera Medical heading the international and domestic marketing and sales communication efforts that made Curos™ the leading name in disinfection caps. Prior to this, he served as COO with NeoMatrix and VP, Sales and Marketing with Prism Enterprises. Matt began his career with McGaw, Inc. where his 16-year service encompassed multiple sales and marketing management roles, including a 2-year assignment in the Middle East where he acquired a passion for International markets. Matt has broad experience with capital and disposable products, domestic and international markets, as well as direct, independent sales representatives and distributor-based sales channels. Matt holds a B.S. in Psychology from Cal State University, Bakersfield, and lives outside of San Antonio, TX.
