Melissa Schifsky

Melissa Schifsky is a seasoned professional in operations and quality management with over two decades of experience in the water industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Kurita America Inc. since April 2020, Melissa oversees areas including controls and automation, procurement, production, and quality. Prior roles include Quality Manager and Specialty Operations at both U.S. Water, a Kurita company, and Tonka Water, along with positions such as Standards and Integration Manager/Analyst and Manager of Project Management. Additionally, Melissa has experience as a Project Manager and Wireless Implementation Engineer at Sprint Spectrum L.P., where responsibilities included managing site construction progress. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, completed in 1996.
