Sudhakar Pai T has extensive experience in leadership and technical management, currently serving as Chairman & Managing Director of Kurlon Enterprise Limited since March 1982, where the focus is on manufacturing eco-friendly rubberized Coir mattresses. In addition, Sudhakar has been General Manager Technical at Canara Wire & Wire Products Ltd since 1976, successfully turning around a struggling organization into a profitable entity within two years. Sudhakar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (1970-1974) and completed Management training at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (1974-1975).
