Anschana Caravaca-Sasse

Anschana Caravaca-Sasse has a diverse work experience in the payments industry. Anschana began their career at WorldPay in 2005, where they worked as a Multilingual Merchant Take On and Sales Adviser. Anschana then moved to Royal Bank of Scotland as a Reconciliations Team Leader before returning to WorldPay as an Account Executive, managing a portfolio of top UK retailers.

In 2011, Anschana joined Digital River World Payments as the Director of Corporate Sales for EMEA. Anschana then transitioned to Paysafe Group in 2013, where they worked as an Account Manager for their digital wallet services. Anschana later became an Account Manager at Optimal Payments Limited, a subsidiary of Paysafe Group, providing online payment solutions.

Anschana expanded their career path by joining Pay360 by Capita in 2017. Anschana served as the Regional Gaming Strategy D, responsible for developing strategies to improve conversion rates and detect problem gamblers. Anschana later became the Head of Gaming, where they focused on providing secure and adaptable payment services for businesses of all sizes.

In 2019, Anschana worked as a consultant for Luxon Payments Ltd, focusing on international clients. Anschana then joined PXP Financial in 2020 as the Head of Gaming, where they played a key role in expanding their services into the US market.

Currently, Anschana is working at Kushki as the VP Specialist Markets, leading the company's efforts to standardize payments interoperability throughout LATAM and drive exponential growth.

Throughout their career, Anschana has gained extensive experience in various roles within the payments industry, demonstrating their expertise and adaptability in this field.

Anschana Caravaca-Sasse attended Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya from 1999 to 2002 where they received a degree in Tourism.
