Kim Gates

Kim Gates has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Accountant at Endicott Interconnect Technologies Inc., where they performed tasks such as preparing cash reports and reconciling bank statements. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Financial Analyst 3 at The Raymond Corporation, specializing in insurance and bonus depreciation management for forklift leases, as well as budgeting and cash flow projection analysis. In 2015, they joined Kushner as a Senior Accountant and later transitioned to roles such as Business Manager, Assistant Controller, and Management Controller of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Residential Accounting at Kushner.

Kim Gates completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Keystone College from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from Walden University from 2010 to 2012.
