Brad Rosenblatt

Brad Rosenblatt is currently the CRO at Kuvare. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer - Americas at Aon Risk Solutions from July 2011 to December 2014. Brad was responsible for operations functions across the Americas, a $3 billion business representing 25% of Aon’s revenues. During their time at Aon, Rosenblatt was selected to lead organizational restructuring across the Americas, consolidating seven businesses across 14 countries into one reporting entity. Brad also spearheaded an operational efficiency program targeting Aon’s four biggest costs. Divested four unprofitable businesses. Reduced IT spend 9% through outsourcing, project governance, and sunsetting systems. Centralized back office, reducing cost by 10%. Cut real estate and travel costs 10%.

From July 2007 to June 2011, Rosenblatt was the EVP and Chief Operating Officer at ACE Group / Combined Insurance. Prior to that, they were a management consultant at McKinsey & Company from August 1998 to June 2007. Rosenblatt started their career at FMC Corporation as the Latin American Manager in the Material Handling Division from January 1996 to July 1998.

Brad Rosenblatt has a Master's of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Stanford University, a Master's of Science in Engineering Management/Operations Research from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Brad also has a certification from the American Production & Inventory Control Society in Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
