Tanja Weber

Tanja Weber is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee development, health management, and labor relations. Currently serving as the Leiterin Personalabteilung at Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Berlin since June 2018, Tanja Weber has been instrumental in repositioning the areas of leadership and employee development while establishing a workplace health management system. Prior to this role, Tanja Weber worked as an Employee Relation Specialist in freelancing and held various significant positions at skandia, including Chairperson of the Works Council, where responsibilities included leading committees and negotiating social plans during restructuring processes. Tanja Weber's career began at R+V Versicherung, followed by extensive education in business administration and coaching, including a Diplom Betriebswirtin (BA) in Versicherungswesen and several coaching certifications.
