Herman Wirsching

Herman Wirsching is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Specialist Process Engineer at Kvaerner since August 2018, Herman previously held the position of Principal Engineer at DNV GL, focusing on technical safety for offshore oil platforms and barrier management related to major accident potential. With prior experience as a Senior Process Engineer at RC Consultants/AGR, Kværner Oil & Gas, and a Research Scientist at SINTEF, Herman has demonstrated a strong background in process engineering and scientific research. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry from NTH/NTNU and a Prince2 Foundation certification in Project Management from Metier Academy/SKEMA Business School.
