Stine D. Snertingdalen

Stine D. Snertingdalen is an established legal professional with extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring law. Since January 2022, Stine has served as a member of the Norwegian Bar Association’s Committee for Insolvency and Restructuring Law and is also a member of the International Insolvency Institute and the Norwegian Advisory Council on Bankruptcy. Stine has been a partner and owner at Kvale Advokatfirma DA since August 2001, and previously held a board member position at Netfonds Bank AS from 2008 to December 2017. Notably, Stine contributed as a member of the reference group appointed by the Justice Department to propose changes to debt negotiation regulations and chaired the board of directors at Pay Solutions Norway AS from February 2011 to June 2013. Stine's academic credentials include an LLM in European Contract Law from Utrecht University and a law degree from the University of Oslo.
