Barri Wood Finlay

Barri Wood Finlay has extensive experience in the title processing and real estate industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Title Processor at KVS TITLE since January 2017, Barri previously held the same position at RGS Title and Settlement INK. Prior to that, Barri worked as a Title Agent at Classic Settlements for fourteen years and served as the Office Manager at Central VA Settlement Services. Barri’s educational background includes a BA in Finance with a Minor in Mathematics from Radford University. Throughout these roles, Barri has demonstrated expertise in coordinating real estate transactions, collaborating with various stakeholders including realtors, lenders, surveyors, and title insurance underwriters.
