Responsible for overall firm strategy, Addam leads his teams of business development, marketing, communications, human resources, and IT in collaboration with operations, finance, engineering disciplines, and office management to continue the firm’s annual +30% growth. A Professional Electrical Engineer registered in most states and an Uptime Accredited Tier Designer, Addam’s high-level technical expertise ensures that kW remains one of the leading, 100% dedicated mission critical designers in the industry. Clients benefit from his big picture understanding and vision to align their technology strategy and better serve their business goals. Addam works to advance the industry with participation in events, panels, and discussions. A self-proclaimed outdoorsman and number one WI sports fan, Addam enjoys heading up north to his cabin with family and friends or watching his teams on TV… but most of the time, you’ll catch him on the sidelines of the many sporting events of his children.
