Tom Donahue is currently the Director of Operations at Pelican Preserve, having experience in various roles including Director of Food and Beverage at Estero Country Club, and Food and Beverage Director at Hilton Naples/Shula's Steak House. With a background in hospitality administration and management, as well as certifications in management and governance, Tom has a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing operations, budgeting, marketing, staff training, inventory management, and menu development. Tom has also been instrumental in implementing innovative changes such as tablet wine lists and staff empowerment guidelines.
