Marcel Ammerlaan

Marcel Ammerlaan is a seasoned software engineer and architect with extensive experience in software development and infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Makeonline since 2016, Marcel also operates as the owner of Dyskolus, providing software and infrastructure architecture services. Significant contributions include developing and supporting web applications for Private Insurance Nederland B.V. and KWA Bedrijfsadviseurs, as well as maintaining logistics applications at Van de Reijt. Previous roles comprise IT Architect positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Fortis Bank, where Marcel oversaw development tooling strategies and frameworks.
