Debasis Dhal

Debasis Dhal is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as General Manager at Kwality Global since November 2010. Under Debasis Dhal's leadership, the company expanded the legacy Kwality brand into new food categories, including paneer, beverages, vegetables, and basmati rice, while maintaining its heritage and targeting global markets with a focus on Indian-origin consumers. Prior to this role, Debasis Dhal worked as Export Manager for IFFCO Group from May 2003 to May 2006, managing export sales for various brands in the GCC markets. Debasis Dhal's career began at Amul (GCMMF) from April 1991 to March 2003, where roles included Senior Executive, Country Manager, and Regional Manager, with significant experience in managing sales and operations in both India and overseas. Debasis Dhal holds a PGDRM in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), earned between 1986 and 1988.
