Alex David Bart

Alex David Bart is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance and business development, holding multiple leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as a Volunteer at the Saint Andrew Charity Foundation and as VP of Business Development at Delfast Inc., Alex co-founded and manages Empire State Capital, which emerged in the aftermath of Ukraine's Revolution of Dignity, aiming to foster positive change in the country. In addition, Alex is a co-founder and board member of Business Incubator Group and has established platforms such as the New Ukraine Investment Conferences to enhance transparency and idea exchange among stakeholders. With a solid foundation from NYU Stern School of Business, where Alex earned degrees in Finance, International Business, and Russian Studies, Alex has consistently contributed to the growth and transformation of the Ukrainian business landscape.
