Bill Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bill began their career as a Programmer at General Instrument in 1985, where they designed and implemented embedded software for military radar systems. Bill then moved on to Reuters in 1987, where they held multiple roles as a programmer and project lead, focusing on Windows desktop development and real-time embedded projects. At Reuters, they also managed and evaluated a small engineering team.

In 1999, Bill joined Lucent Technologies as a Development Manager, where they supported a global team in engineering a real-time network management system. Bill was responsible for managing full-cycle development efforts and reviewing software and engineering deliverables before release.

In 2005, Bill joined Wolters Kluwer as a Technical Project Manager. Here, they project managed web application development using .NET technology, wrote and tracked schedules, and coordinated project activities until 2018.

Currently, Bill Miller serves as the Director of Software Engineering at KWI, a position they have held since November 2018.

Bill Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University from 1981 to 1985. Bill then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
