Gerlof Koopmans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and customer service roles. Since 1995, Gerlof has served at Kwik-Fit in various capacities, beginning as a Medewerker Sales & Marketing and advancing to Manager Customer Services, where Gerlof was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and leading a small team. Subsequently, Gerlof assumed the role of Manager Sales Support, providing analytical support to the sales team, and is currently a Marketing Intelligence Specialist and Business Information Manager, focusing on gathering, analyzing, and reporting commercial information for senior management. Prior to Kwik-Fit, Gerlof worked at Biohorma as a Commercieel medewerker, supporting the Marketing Manager with research initiatives. Gerlof holds a Baccalaureus in Commerciële Economie (Marketing Management) from Windesheim and has furthered professional education at Beeckestijn Business School.
