Larry Iser

Larry Iser is the Managing Partner at Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump Holley LLP since April 2006, specializing in intellectual property, entertainment, contracts and licensing, real estate, commercial, and employment litigation, including nationwide class action defense. Iser handles complex, high-profile cases for major corporate clients such as Mattel and SeaWorld. Serving as Outside Counsel for Mattel since 1997, Iser has successfully litigated various intellectual property matters and secured significant rulings, including a key summary judgment for the Masters of the Universe franchise. Additionally, Iser provides legal counsel to SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Iser holds a JD from the University of California, San Francisco and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
