Gregor Loerincz

Gregor Loerincz has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Lead of the Global Expert Hub of Compensation & Benefits at KWS Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Gregor held several key positions, including Head of Global Compensation & Benefits at Eppendorf Group from August 2017 to October 2022, and Manager Compensation & Benefits and Payroll at Yanfeng Automotive Interior Systems from July 2015 to July 2017. Gregor has also worked at Johnson Controls in multiple capacities related to compensation and benefits between October 2012 and July 2017, and served as Manager Compensation & Benefits International at Hill-Rom from June 2008 to September 2012. Earlier in the career, Gregor was a Senior Consultant in HR & C&B at BearingPoint and worked in HR at Guidant.
