Michael Quinn

Michael Quinn has a diverse work experience in the financial and IT industries. Michael started their career in 2008 at RBS Markets & International Banking, where they worked as a Senior Support Professional and later transitioned to the role of Credit Risk IT. In 2013, they joined BNY Mellon as part of their Market Risk IT team. In 2015, Michael moved to UBS Investment Bank as an Equities IT KDB+ specialist. Michael then joined Kx Systems as a KDB+ Developer. Throughout their career, Michael has gained expertise in financial engineering, market risk management, and KDB+ development.

Michael Quinn attended Ulster University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics, Statistics & Computing. Prior to attending university, they studied at St Patricks Academy in Dungannon. In addition to their formal education, Michael Quinn obtained certification as an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer in March 2013 from Oracle.
