Rick Pratt

Rick Pratt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and IT management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Delivery and Services at KX since June 2017, Rick has held various leadership roles including Deputy Head of Customer Success and Senior Vice President of Customer Success for the APAC region. Prior to KX, Rick worked at Markit for nearly nine years, where positions included Director and APAC Regional Head of IT, as well as roles in application support and Linux systems engineering. Earlier experience includes project management roles at EMI Music, EMC, and Thomson Reuters, showcasing a robust background in technology and project delivery across diverse sectors.
