Alan Sánchez

Alan Sánchez has over 10 years of work experience. In 2011, they began their career as a B2C & B2B Team Lead Supervisor at Task Solutions S.A., where they co-ordinated the team with the technical matters, led corporate customers' accounts, and created reports about KPIs of the agents. In 2017, they moved to Nestlé Nespresso SA as a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Leader - Coffee specialist, where they took care of the workspace in the boutique, facilitated more than 5 customers per hour, and recommended the best varieties of coffee to personalize the experience with the Brand. In 2020, they joined Concentrix as a Facebook & Instagram Advertising Specialist Agent, where they gave clients all of the information needed to understand more about the platform, managed to support two clients at the time, and analyzed the cases escalated to internal teams. In 2022, they began working at Kyan Health as a Junior Full Stack Engineer, and also at styleXchange and STYLE Protocol as a Frontend Web Developer.

Alan Sánchez completed their Bachiller en Cs Sociales from Escuela de Educacion Media N°9 from 2006 to 2009. Alan then obtained their Bachelor of Technology - BTech from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2010 to 2013, with a field of study in Game Design. In 2019, they completed a German language course A1.1 from Speakeasy Berlin. In 2021, they completed a Full-Stack Web Development Program from Ironhack. In addition, Alan Sánchez has obtained certifications from Coursera and LinkedIn in 2021, including Get Up and Running with TypeScript and TypeScript Essential Training, respectively. Alan also obtained a 9-Week Web-Dev Bootcamp certification from Ironhack in 2021.
