Alexander Elbom

Alexander Elbom is an experienced procurement professional with extensive expertise in transactional procurement. Since February 2010, Alexander has held the position of Procurement Manager at Київстар, following a progressive career that includes roles as Senior Procurement Specialist and Senior Specialist of Tender Unit at EMV from April 2006 to February 2010, and Head of Tender Unit at Heroldmaster LLC from June 2005 to April 2006. Alexander's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Project Management from Kyiv National University of Building and Architecture (2007-2009) and a Master's degree in Tax Law/Taxation from the National Academy of State Tax Service of Ukraine (2000-2005).
