Raymond Pennie

Raymond Pennie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various organizations in the recruitment and technology sectors. As the Founding Director of Kyloe Partners since September 2015, Raymond has been instrumental in providing recruitment solutions. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at Kamanchi Ltd, where strategic oversight and client relationship management were key responsibilities, and Managing Director during Kamanchi's acquisition by Nasstar plc, where successful integration and business growth strategies were developed. Additional experience includes positions such as Executive Committee Member for APSCo, Council Member for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, and Project Director across multiple companies, including ElanIT Group and Spherion Inc. Raymond holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a 2.1 BA Hons degree in Accountancy and Computer Science from the University of Stirling.
