Morvarid (Mori) Mohseni, Ph.D has 15 years of experience in the field of Oncology and Pharmacology and currently holds the position of Executive Director, Biological Sciences at Kymera Therapeutics. Prior to that, she worked at Bristol Myers Squibb in various roles including Director, Oncology Drug Discovery and Associate Director, Oncology Discovery Pharmacology & In vivo Biology. At Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR), she served as a Senior Principal Scientist, Principal Scientist, and Labhead in Oncology Drug Discovery and Pharmacology. She also worked as a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca and conducted her postdoctoral research at Harvard University and Boston Children's Hospital.

Mori has multiple high impact first and senior author and co-author publications in reputable journals such as Cell, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Medicine, Cell Stem Cell, Nature Communications.

They obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine in 2002, followed by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the same institution in 2003. She then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmacology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine from 2003 to 2009. She further enhanced her knowledge and expertise by becoming a Research Fellow at Harvard University from 2009 to 2013, focusing on Hem/Onc and Stem Cell & Regenerative Biology within the Harvard Stem Cell Institute.
