Pramod Sharma

Pramod Sharma has extensive experience in service delivery and IT management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Kynd since September 2021, overseeing multiple accounts in industries such as pharmaceuticals, motors, and security. In addition to this role, Pramod also holds the position of Digital Process Expert at Kyndryl Solutions Pvt Ltd. Prior to joining Kyndryl, Pramod worked at IBM India Private Limited since 2004, progressing from Circle SPOC for Rajasthan to West Hub lead, and ultimately taking on the role of IT Head, where responsibilities included supporting provisioning for mobility and telemedia across the entire country.
