Martin Schroeter

Martin Schroeter serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kyndryl, leading the global innovator in managed infrastructure services since January 2021. Prior to this role, Martin held several senior leadership positions at IBM from August 2007 to April 2020, including Senior Vice President of IBM Global Markets, where responsibilities encompassed revenue, profit, business development, client satisfaction, and the Global Financing business. Additional roles at IBM included Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, General Manager of Global Financing, and Corporate Treasurer, with extensive oversight of financial operations and a significant asset base. Martin is also a member of the Business Roundtable since March 2022. Martin holds a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Finance and Economics from Temple University.
