Rohinton Ghista

Rohinton Ghista has over three decades of extensive experience in technical support and service management. Currently serving as both Technical Support and National Technical Support at Kyocera Document Solutions since January 2012, Rohinton excels in delivering high-quality customer service and training for dealers and end users, ensuring service level agreements for inbound calls are consistently met. Prior to this, Rohinton worked at T & F Technical Services from May 1995 to December 2012 as Service Engineer and Director, managing sales and service operations for an Authorized OKI service center. Additionally, from October 1989 to May 1995 at IPL/OKI Group, Rohinton held the role of Technical Support Manager, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of training programs for sales staff and authorized service centers.
