Ernesto Rios has a diverse work experience in various manufacturing and engineering roles. Ernesto began their career in 2001 at General Motors Corp., where they held positions as a Quality Engineer, Production Supervisor, Research Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. As a Quality Engineer, they implemented Red X techniques to solve quality problems and improve engine assembly quality. Ernesto also worked as a Production Supervisor, leading over 40 union employees on the engine assembly line.

In 2006, Ernesto worked at Staktek Group L.P. as a Project Manager, where they managed resources for the development of a new memory stacking method and coordinated the launch of the new stack in Mexico. Ernesto acted as a liaison between product engineering and the manufacturing organization and successfully corrected a rework process.

Ernesto joined DJO in 2007 and served as a Lean Manufacturing Champion, responsible for implementing lean principles in manufacturing processes. Ernesto later became the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing New Product Introduction projects.

In 2011, Ernesto joined Kyocera Medical Technologies, Inc. Initially, they held the role of Manager of Operations before being promoted to Director of Manufacturing Operations. In their most recent position as VP of Manufacturing Operations, Ernesto played a crucial role in the company's manufacturing operations.
