Gloria Loncharich

Gloria Loncharich has over 30 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Gloria began their career in 1990 as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at Contel. Gloria then moved to Thomson Consumer Electronics as a Human Resources in 1991. In 1994, they took a position as a Compensation Consultant at RCI. Gloria then moved to Roche Diagnostics as a Human Resources in 1996. In 2015, they became the Director of Human Resources at Alpha Consolidated Services & BitLoft, where they started, developed, and grew the Human Resources department for two related small businesses. Gloria also instituted and administered multiple types of benefits plans, developed job descriptions and market range recommendations, coached and counseled leadership, provided employee relations, developed staffing plans, and was responsible for recruitment and selection. In 2000, they started their own business, Human Resources Advantage, where they provided HR consulting services for a variety of individual businesses, published the Indiana Safe Harbor Salary Survey for Hospitals, and compiled and reported on many various “ad hoc” surveys regarding human resources. Gloria currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Kypha since 2022.

Gloria Loncharich obtained their Masters degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University between 1988 and 1989. Gloria obtained their Bachelors degree in Business and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh between 1984 and 1988, and also obtained a BA in Business & Communications from the same university during the same time period.
