Len Llaguno

Len Llaguno is the Founder & Managing Partner at KYROS Insights, a company that focuses on building predictive financial models for leaders of loyalty programs. In addition to their role at KYROS Insights, Len is also a Board Member at the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Guest Lecturer at The Loyalty Academy. Prior to founding KYROS Insights, Len held various roles at Willis Towers Watson, where Len led successful initiatives in loyalty analytics and telematics solutions. Len holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
