Kathleen Bugeja Parsons

Kathleen Bugeja Parsons is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in setting up and managing HR frameworks. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Kyrrex since September 2022, Kathleen developed the Malta Employee handbook and established internal policies. Previously, Kathleen worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Red Acre Ltd from June 2019 to August 2022, where support was provided to an international Technology Department and strategic HR guidance was given to senior leaders. Earlier experience includes a role as a Fraud Analyst at L and L Europe Ltd, where monitoring of transactions and detection of fraudulent behaviors were key responsibilities. Kathleen holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and a certification as an HR Business Partner, along with degrees in Masters of European Economics, Politics and Law, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Malta.
