Viktoriia Gryshchenko

Viktoriia Gryshchenko is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Kyrrex since October 2020, Viktoriia focuses on HR strategy development, employee assessments, and employer branding. Previously, as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Consulting from September 2017 to October 2020, Viktoriia specialized in talent management and corporate culture development. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of HR Department at MPA Group, where Viktoriia managed personnel selection and regulatory policies, as well as a role as a Recruitment Specialist. Viktoriia holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the International Academy of Business and Information Technology and a Master's degree in Computer-Integrated Technologies from National Aviation University.
