Gen Conlin has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Gen began their career at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a Business Director, providing administrative and financial support to the nursing and patient care services. Gen then worked at Partners HealthCare as a Compass Patient Access Team Leader, focusing on streamlining the patient experience in registration and case management. Gen then assumed the role of Director of Inpatient Nursing & Professional Development at Quincy Medical Center, where they managed the practice and patient care delivery for medical/surgical and geriatric psychiatry units. After that, they joined Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital as the Director of Nursing, overseeing clinical practice, personnel management, and financial performance. Gen then became the Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Ambulatory Services at Boston Medical Center, where they developed and implemented programs for the nursing organization. Currently, Gen is working at Kyruus Health as the Clinical Services Director, responsible for directing clinical services and recently transitioned to the role of Senior Director of Clinical Services.
Gen Conlin has a DNP in Nursing Administration from Northeastern University, an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction/Higher Ed from Boston College, an MS/MBA in Nursing & Business Administration from Northeastern University, and a BS in Nursing and BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, they have obtained the NEA-BC certification in Nursing Administration from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
