Lance Dowling

Lance Dowling has extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Consultant at Price Waterhouse for two years. From 1997 to 2000, they served as a Senior Consultant at Impact Technology Group, Inc. Following that, they joined The North Highland Company as a Manager from 2000 to 2002. Lance then worked as a Principal Consultant at IMI Health for nine years, where they led innovation and solution delivery for strategic clients. During this time, they also played a key role in achieving NCQA Certification for their HEDIS product. Afterward, they served as the Associate Director of Data Services at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2023, Lance held various roles at North Highland, including Senior Business Architect and Director, Data & Analytics. In their most recent position at Kythera Labs, they served as the Director of Analytics starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Lance has led projects, developed methodologies and solutions, and collaborated with consulting teams to drive business value through data and technology.

Lance Dowling completed their education journey with an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they focused on Logistics and Transportation, Management Information Systems. This degree was acquired during the period from 1993 to 1995. Prior to this, Lance obtained a BA degree in Math and Economics from Emory University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
