Engin Ayaz

Engin Ayaz is a co-founder and co-CEO of ATOLYE, a strategic design and innovation consultancy based in Istanbul, Dubai, and London. Engin is also a board member of IDEO.org and Neol, as well as a director at kyu Collective. Engin has served as an instructor at the United Nations System Staff College, where they co-instructed the Systems Thinking Learning module. Engin has also worked as an adjunct instructor at Istanbul Bilgi University and as a teaching assistant at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. Earlier in their career, Engin was a designer at potion and held sustainability roles at Arup, including sustainability consultant and researcher.

Engin Ayaz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Design + Engineering from Stanford University. Engin studied at Stanford from 2003 to 2007. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Interaction Design Program (ITP - Tisch School of Arts) at New York University. Engin attended NYU from 2011 to 2013. Before attending university, Engin Ayaz completed their high school education at German High School Istanbul, from 1995 to 2003. Engin Ayaz also obtained a LEED AP certification from the USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter in September 2007.
