Curtis Murray-Thorup

Curtis Murray-Thorup is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in biopharmaceuticals and medical operations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Project Management at Kyverna Therapeutics since June 2023, Curtis has previously held similar roles at Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc. and as a Medical Operations Consultant for Murray Consulting. Curtis's expertise encompasses global contract management, CRO management, and overseeing diverse biopharmaceutical projects from preclinical development through Phase 3 clinical trials. A former Senior Manager of Global Medical Operations at Halozyme Therapeutics, Curtis has also held positions at Stanford University School of Medicine and Onyx Pharmaceuticals, focusing on budgeting and financial management in medical research. Curtis earned an MBA in Project Management from Christian Brothers University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Mississippi.
