Hetty Townsend

Hetty Townsend serves as the Vice President of Human Resources APAC at L Catterton since July 2024, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership across various roles and companies. Previously, Hetty was the APAC People and Culture Business Partner at Lloyd's List Intelligence from May 2023 to June 2024, where responsibilities included managing HR for seven APAC countries. Hetty also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Schroders Personal Wealth from April 2020 to May 2023, partnering with executive teams and providing counsel on employment matters. Earlier experience at Schroders involved roles as an HR Advisor and a secondment in Singapore, where Hetty managed end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. Education includes a Master of Philosophy & Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and completion of Uppingham School.
