Liz Urdang

Ms. Urdang is the Global Director of Human Resources at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Ms. Urdang was a Managing Director at Seven Harbour Global where she worked to launch a start-up long/short equity hedge fund. Prior to Seven Harbor, Ms. Urdang was the Director of Human Resources at Conatus Capital and Shumway Capital. Ms. Urdang spent almost ten years as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications at Chilton Investment Company where she was a member of the senior management team responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, talent acquisition and development, benefits/compensation structure, and firm policies and procedures. Earlier in her career, Ms. Urdang worked in Employee Relations at Goldman Sachs and practiced law at the New York based firm Emmet, Marvin & Martin.

Ms. Urdang holds a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University with a major in French Literature, and a J.D. from American University.
