Karen Lee

Karen Lee is the Head of Talent, Southeast Asia at L.E.K. Consulting. Karen has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Melbourne, a Business Analyst Intern at A.T. Kearney, and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Economics Student Society of Australia.

Karen has a passion for education and has been instrumental in the delivery of the University of Melbourne's first Coursera course: Principles of Macroeconomics with Nilss Olekalns. Karen is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and has been working to increase representation of women and minority groups in leadership positions in their role at L.E.K. Consulting.

Karen Lee has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in Economics and Finance. Karen also has a Diploma in Professional Accounting from the University of Melbourne - Melbourne Business School. Karen attended Methodist Ladies' College for their schooling.
