Matthew Gordon

Matthew Gordon is currently a Partner and London-based Chief Financial Officer at L.E.K. Consulting. Prior to this role, Gordon served as the Chief Financial Officer for Cloudreach from January 2018 to September 2019. There, they were responsible for professionalizing and maturing the business to allow it to scale effectively.

From October 2012 to December 2017, Gordon was the Chief Financial Officer at PA Consulting Group. Gordon helped grow the company by partnering with The Carlyle Group in 2015-- an investment that valued PA Consulting Group at $1 billion.

Before their time at PA Consulting Group, Gordon served as Treasury Planning Manager at Diageo from March 2005 to May 2007 and as Finance Business Partner at Orange from December 2001 to March 2005.

Matthew Gordon went to Epsom College, then got a BA in French & German from the University of Bristol, and finally became an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
