Shane Richmond

Shane Richmond is a Fishman vice president responsible for overseeing a number of corporate functions, including inventory management and new business development, as well as being involved in long-term strategic planning for the firm. In addition, he is president of the North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD).

Shane joined Fishman in 1997 as assistant manager of the company’s Raleigh, North Carolina branch. Since that time, he has held a number of sales positions of increasing responsibility with Fishman. Prior to assuming his current role, he was regional vice president for Fishman’s Mid-Atlantic Region, responsible for managing, directing and coordinating all sales and branch operations in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Shane and his wife, Michelle, reside in Baltimore, Maryland. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time on the golf course and traveling.
