Dylan Staats

Dylan Staats is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at L.L.Bean since July 2021, Dylan has also held the position of Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes a tenure at Artist & Craftsman Supply from October 2016 to July 2021, where roles ranged from Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Generalist and Assistant. Additionally, Dylan worked as an Assistant Manager at Origins Fruit LLC from September 2015 to October 2016, managing daily operations related to craft cider production and engaging in brand development and strategic consulting. Dylan began the professional journey with an internship at Clean Ethics in mid-2014 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business, earned in 2015.
