Allison Foster

Allison Foster is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiter at L&N Federal Credit Union since November 2018, Allison has developed skills in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Prior to this role, experience includes a position as a Sales Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings from May 2017 to August 2020, and a Human Resources Internship at Krauth Electric Co., Inc. in June 2016. Academically, Allison holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology from Bellarmine University.
